Ajimobi Invested As Patron of NIESV

Oyo state Governor Senator Abiola Ajimobi has been invested as the Patron of the Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers for his contribution to the profession of Real Estate survey. The Investiture ceremony was performed at the executive council chamber of the Governor office by the National officers of the institution. Governor Ajimobi in his remark after the short ceremony acknowledge the contribution of the Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers to the Infrastructural development of the state. He said the vision of the present administration is to make Oyo state a state where tradition and modernization complement each other stressing that the Institution must be on the same page with state government to achieve the best for the state. He confirmed that the present administration in the state has changed the landscape of the various cities across the state and has also raised the real estate value of the various cities. He commended the institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers for their effort to provide a friendly environment and make the state more meaningful for human existence. In his remarks the National President of the Institution Mr Bolarinde Patunola Ajayi who recalled that the Institution was established in Ibadan in 1969. Commended The state Governor Senator Abiola Ajimobi for changing the face of the ancient city of Ibadan and other cities across the state. He said the Institution will continue to make Professional Input into the infrastructural development of the state to ensure sustenance and maintenance of the infrastructures. The chairman of the Oyo state chapter of the Institution Mr Gboyega Kadiri in his remarks commended the state Government for employing the service of the institution in the state infrastructural drive.
